Our Refund Policy
Introduction
Institute of Japanese Language and Services (Pvt) Ltd is committed to providing high-quality Japanese language training, job training, and visa consulting services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, outlining the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.
Refund Eligibility
All fees, including Japanese language training and job training class fees, and advanced payments for visa services, are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered in special situations, subject to approval from the Director. Customers must initiate a refund request within 1 week of the transaction.
Special Approval Process
Customers seeking a refund in special situations must contact the director at [email protected] or call +94 75 882 6107.
A written letter issued by the Director on the company’s letterhead with the seal of the company and the signature of the director should be sent to [email protected] . Also, the email should mention the customer’s full name, National ID number, Student ID number and customer’s bank details (name of bank account holder, bank name and bank branch).
Refund Amount
Refunds, if approved, will be processed by directly depositing the refund amount into the customer’s bank account.
The refund amount will be the received amount minus the transaction fee of our internet payment gateway facility and other transactions fees.
Refund Processing Time
All approved refunds will be processed promptly. We are committed to refunding customers within 5 working days from the date of approval.
Non-Refundable Services
All fees are generally non-refundable. However, special situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the Director’s approval.
Exchanges
For language training fees or job training fees, customers may have the option to apply for the next batch of classes as an alternative to a refund.
